Tavina's Digital Art Commissions

Paypal shall be the method of payment. Full payment is upfront. (USD) Should you need another form of payment (Kofi, Cashapp, ect.), you may ask in the initial contact.

All commission requests should be in the form provided with each section filled, unless not applicable. Any commission requests that are not sent using the form will NOT be accepted. Should problems arise while filling out the form, please do contact me directly.

References provided must be clear, picture references in full color. Simply giving me a description of your character is a character design commission, which I'll have to discuss an appropriate price with you (depending on the complexity).

Payment is not to be sent, until I’ve sent an invoice through Paypal. You have one week to send payment, before I contact you for payment. Your commission request will be dropped, should further contact not be answered. (On a case-by-case basis, this rule may be modified for buyer-seller convenience. Ask in the initial contact, if you feel your situation may fall in this category.)

Should you request multiple commissions, individual invoices shall be provided, in the case that one commission is able to be completed and the other cannot.

If I find that I cannot complete your commission, I will completely refund you. I shall provide the issue I came across, in the case that we may come to a compromise. Likewise, you have the right to cancel the commission anytime before the sketch is approved, should you change your mind.

The maximum amount of time a commission may require is up to three weeks, depending on the severity of real-life circumstances potentially delaying my progress. Should any delays compromise my progress on your commission, I shall inform you of such.

By default, all art comes with a transparent background unless requested otherwise.

Finished commissions shall be provided without the watermark that comes with the published version. You may publish the work on social media, as long as you link back to any of the socials provided on my website.

I retain the rights to all commissioned work, and may use finished products for commission examples. I will never claim character ownership, however.

While I will usually complete commissions in the order they were received, be advised that I may hop around on my queue on occasion to avoid burning out from continuously working on one commission.

Art you receive from me is meant for personal use only. I do not condone the use of my work for commercial purposes, without my prior knowledge. As an added detail to this point, customers do not hold the right to use my art or products in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. You will be blacklisted. I promise you.
